The dial is created with a gradation of colours to express the surface of the sea, with shark lurking in the background, appearing at different angles depending on the light. The title logo of JAWS occupies the 6 oʼclock position.
Unique markings on the caseback denote this special limited edition model.
 
As a special limited edition, the case back is marked with the image of the Orca, the boat made famous by the film, with a shark's dorsal fin piercing the waterʼs surface from below. The words “JAWS 50th / LIMITED EDITION” and the serial number are also marked.
